Environmental
Site Assessment Services
The purpose of an Environmental Site
Assessment (or ESA) is to assess a
site for environmental liabilities,
regulatory compliance, liability reduction,
and/or potential site restoration.
Knowing and understanding the environmental
liabilities associated with a property
purchase can help create a wise investment.
Unknowingly investing in property
