Environmental Site Assessment (or ESA) assess a site for environmental liabilities, regulatory compliance, liability reduction, and/or potential site restoration. To assure a wise investment you must know and understand the environmental liabilities associated with the property under consideration. To invest in a property and not know the environmental liabilities increases the risk/liability and can potentially create extreme expenses.
